What is EPDM Roofing?
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) is a highly durable synthetic rubber roof membrane widely used in low-slope buildings. This roofing material is available in black and white, with widths ranging from 7.5 to 50 feet and thicknesses of 45 and 60 mils. EPDM roofs can be installed fully adhered, mechanically attached, or ballasted, with seams sealed using liquid adhesives or specialized tape.
